Hitch Classifications |
| The Alumistinger aluminum hitch ball mount was tested in accordance with
the V-5 1977 and SAE J684 JUN98 standards for a weight rating of 14,000 pounds The sample
tested complied. A sample of the Rapid Hitch including its hitch balls were also tested in
accordance with V-5 1977 and SAE J684 JUN98. The 2” hitch ball complied for a rating
of 8,000 pounds. The 2 5/16” hitch ball and the rest of the Rapid Hitch system
complied for a rating of 10,000 pounds. |
